Default clutch problems

hey guys I'm having some problems with my clutch. Nothing is slipping yet but in Virginia its really cold and my gears are getting really really hard to get into especially 3rd gear. When I am at high rpm's its practically impossible to shift into 3rd gear. Is is just the cold or what?...any ideas?

Could be the tranny. You could try changing your fluid.

Does the clutch pedal seem to be engaging and disengaging at the proper point? If it disengages too close to the floor. Get it adjusted(or bled if its hydraulic).
