Default What all do you think is damaged and what do you think itd cost to fix?

My car was involved in a hit and run and I need to get it fixed. It was a front end hit, but it still drives fine. The radiator is busted, when I drive it, a spray comes from under the hood, but as long as i put in water every mile or so, it will drive. Also, the heater takes an extremely long time to start working. Could there be anything else wrong with it?

From these pics, can you tell if theres any frame damage, etc, or would I just need to replace the bumper, fenders, radiator, hood, and misc hoses, etc? Anyone know approx how much it would cost to fix? Thanks, here are the pics:

I doubt there was any frame damage, looks like you just need to replace the support, radiator, bumper, fenders if any damage, and hood and misc. stuff and you'd be good to go.

And of course no other time could be perfect to do a JDM conversion, if that's your desire, since all that stuff has to be replaced anyway.

Your radiator support looks fine from those pictures.. looks like a hood for sure (cf) and a new bumper cover.. cant really see the fenders

wait, the sides of the bumper were pushed back past the edges of the fenders, yet the bumper is still fully bolted to the radiator support. That means the radiator support was pushed back, and the very ends of the frame where it meets and is welded to the radiator support is probably crumpled just a bit, just like mine was before I put on my 2000 front end.

No, the car was PARKED, hit and run doesnt mean 2 moving cars hit and one ran

the heater takes a long time because there is little or no water in the engine. when you get the radiator replaced it will fix your heater.

I checked, and the metal crossbar right around where the opening in the bumper splits is bent back pushing against the radiator. Is that easily fixibale or would it be a pain?

BTW- got an estimate today, and it came out to around $3500 after deductables, prob will get more once they find the hidden stuff
