Default Question about a S2000 problem from the Netherlands

Hi guys
My name is marco and i am a mechanic at a honda dealer in the netherlands.
I have a problem with a S2000 from the year 2001
It drives most of the time perfectly but sometimes out of the bleu it doesn't get faster then 60 mph ,it almost looks likes it run on 2 cilinders but my Honda test computer says that there is no problem what so ever.Not even the mailfunction light turns on .But still the problem comes back somethimes
Can anyboby help me

Hi Marco, welcome to Honda-tech.com Your problem maybe many things, is the limiter related to speed or rpm? What gear do you notice the problem in, all gears? Is there anything aftermarket installed, electronics or engine modifications? No loose harnesses or wires?
