prelude injectors for b20z???
car is having a tendancy to lean out between 4000-5000 rpms during WOT other than that it runs perfect. i alreayd bought a FPR and gauge and a ITR fuel pump. but was wondering if 310cc injectors would be ok to have right now in a basically stock b20z????? right now i am also running a ls ecu.
any answers would help thanks

I think that it'll be a good investment if you ever plan on going the B20 VTEC route. If you already have a FPR and ITR fuel pump and still have lean fuel problems then you'll probably need the 310cc injectors. We got RC's fuel injectors on our website starting at $334. If you need assistance then email us at info@jdmgears.com
First off what lude injectors are you talking about? OBDI 345's or the OBDII 290's... On a stock B20 they're probably going to be too much unless you have a way of pulling fuel... We run 310's (RC) on 2.0L motors at probably ~11.0:1 (where you really need them) and they'll work with the proper tuning at ~12.0:1... Any higher and we normally go with 370-440's... How are you monitoring your A/F? wideband? If not I doubt you're leaning out that bad and or affecting your power output... My advice would be to just leave your stock injectors in now... If you are monitoring your A/F with a wideband and it is going high then there's something wrong... Just my $0.02
thanks well i am reading of a a/f meter it just seems to lean between 4-5000 rpms and i have been a bit iffy since the detonation of my b18b nitrous setup. so stock injectors for now should suffice then for now? well ill install teh FPR and fuel pump and see if its still having any leaning problems
Yea, that's really the way to solve light leaning out problems... Don't get me wrong, I hate it when people try to squeeze everything they can out of stock injectors via fuel pressure, etc. when they should be changing injectors but in your case there's no reason why you should have to at this time... Peace
