Default Wire Harness (Help)

Can someone please tell me if electrical tape is suppose to be covering what looks like a hole (if you look down the AC pipe that runs across, the harness is beside and below the intake hose)

I don't know if it was like that before I went into the dealer.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Pics are below (sorry these are the best pics I can find)

I believe mine is also,

It looks like a joint or something for the wiring harness, I'll check it closer in the morning

Well i know the entire wire harness is wire-loomed and then taped over with electrical tape. Is that what you're talking about? Or are you talking about that "box" looking thing that pops up from the harness?

On my Type S that circled part has tape wrapped around it. Looking closer at the pic above it looks almost the same.

So, it should be wrapped in electrical tape?

I just went outside to double check for you. Yes, it should have electrical tape wrapped around it.
