quite far..... the bfgoodrich t/a kd has a treadwear of 200. the average R compound has a treadwear of 40~50. hoosiers are 40, kumhos are 50, and the ao32R is 60. the t/a kd has the same treadwear as azenis, but imho the azenis is a superior tire.

I've driven a few cars equipped with them and I wasn't really impressed. I think they would be ideally suited to the rear wheels when you have drag radials up front.

I've autoxed the same car (BMW in STS) on Azenis, Kumho MX's, and BFG KD's. The BFG's have a little more grip than the other two, but the Azenis are quicker to respond due to a stiffer sidewall. If they cost the same, it'd be a tough decision.

If you have the money, and you're looking for the best everyday street tires, these may be it. If you can handle the ride/noise of the Azenis, save your money.

It's still light years from a Hoosier A3S03.

These tires (BFG's) come stock on the new neon SRT-4's. Took a friends for a ride yesterday, it has some mild bolt on's and was actually more impressed with the tires rather than the suspension which is questionable at best. Oversteer and body roll galore. Overall good tire but they must be more expensive than Azenis. The choice is yours

From what I've seen, in our sizes (205/50-15), the BFG is about double the price of the Azenis.
