Rear Motor Mount "T Bar"
Okay, I removed the rear motor mount in my 94 gsr & inserted energy suspension bushings in it. I bolted the mount back to the frame & now I cannot get the T bar that holds the mount to the motor to line back up with the bolts. I did manage to force it to where it sits where its suppose to (between the mount & the motor. My problem is getting it to line up, I've tried loosening the both side motor mounts & even removing them completly but the bar still wont budge. I also tried jacking the motor up from the tranny, still stuck. If anybody who has had any experience in putting this back together your info would be VERY appreciated.
best bet is going to be trying to jack it or rock the motor back and forth until it goes into place.
don't be afraid to use a hammer.
are you sure it's not pinching a wire or something?

Im sure its not a wire that is pinching it. It has to be metal on metal because when i jack the motor up it loosens up just enough to jiggle it a tad bit. Soon as i drop the jack though it gets stuck. Should I keep the 2 side mounts off while i do this or should i put them back on? Because it seems even though they are off the 2 liquid mounts hold it sturdy enough so that i cant rock the motor.

i dont see that bracket...but regardless i got it to where its inches away from the mount, it just has to line up with the bolts. My main problem is getting the motor to move a bit so i can line the t bar up with the mount. I have removed both lower side motor mounts & jacked the motor up by the tranny, & its still stuck.
