Default Max Cam Gear setting on LS/Vtec?

Im going to be tunning my cam gears on the Dyno next week and I would like some insight on what the most possible advance I can run on the cam gears with out touching a valves on Stock PR4 pistons and a .04 milled B16A head. I know the pistons have smaller valve relifs thats why Im asking, I just dont want to get too crazy on the timing and mess somthing up. BTW, I did a search.

Thanks a lot,
James
