Default spark plugs and oil

can any one recommend a good spark plug for a 2000 gs-r and is it worth it to run a synthetic blend or full synthetic oil. i have used castrol 10w30 since i got my car a year ago.

I have Bosch Laser Platinums...I wouldn't recommend them unless you like spending around 15 bucks each for plugs. I love em, but I have connections that got them for me at 7.50 each. I don't know about oil though, I just use whatever looks good at the time I am buying oil.

put simple coper plugs such as, BKR6E11 or BCPR6E11. Use 5/30 mobil 1 oil and stock Honda oil filter.

I would say to use Delco rapid fire plugs. not super expenzive and work fine. plugs are pretty much plugs, for now. As far as oil goes there isn't really a whole lot of reason to run full synthetic unless you feel it is neccessary, or you are turbo. I used to run Vavloline Dura Blend. has the normal price of normal oil and some of the good properties of synthetic.
