Default Parking brake lines (obsenities at bolt) EK

Here is the deal, im swapping from drum to disc in the rear on a 97 cx to 99-00 si. Since i'm impatient and have an air compressor, I "removed" certain problem bolts that hold the old parking brake cables by cutting the brackets with my nifty air saw. If you've done gone through this process, you'll know that the first bolt and brackets in the chain (from front to rear) are easy to remove as the bracket is above the bolt. The second bolt in the chain however is cleverly concealed by a bracket underneath it. It's a very tight spot, and the fuel tank gets in the way of being able to remove it. I removed it with my air saw of course, but now to the difficult part of putting the new bracket, line, and bolt in. Is there some special tool I don't have that can properly tighten this elusive bolt without ghetto rigging an upside-down bracket? Sorry I don't have a camera, but if you've done this you'd probably know what I'm talking about.

I did that swap myself as well and I didn't need to cut anything...
I just unbolted the lines and then bolted them back up.
I only use hand tools (ratchet and wrench) so it certainly can be done. You've likely overlooked something easy while rushing.

I got it with a long *** extension on an impact driver, I guess all I needed was a trip to sears for a universal 1/2 adapter
