go to FedEx.com and click on "rates". Punch in the zip of where they might be headed, then the weight/size/etc. It'll give you a quote on the price. I just shipped some heavier, 18" VW wheels/tires(roughly 45 lbs.) to Washington state for around $120. The price all depends on weight and where the package is going.
A word on packing... Cut out 8 cardboard discs(may have to double up if it's the thinner stuff), place on each side of the wheel/tire assy. to protect the wheels, and wrap the whole setup with good packaging tape(go twice around to be sure it stays). FedEx had no problem with them being packaged this way.
