I need someone to measure somethin really quick for me.
The negative terminal on battery to the vtec solenoid and negative terminal to the throttle body.
On a B series engine:

It is 24 inches to the solenoid and 14 inches to the throttle body. May ask why?

Because you asked; my car is in the shop, and I forgot to measure to ground the VTEC solenoid and throttle body
Im doing:
Tranny
Block
VTEC solenoid
T-Body

 

Ahh ok just was wondering it was kind of a weird question.
