Default Adjust brake pedal play

I have some free play in my brake pedal. How do I adjust this? Is it in the Helms?

****, I have bled them. They still aren't very hard. I am gonna wait til tommarrow morning to pass judgement. My brakes always seem to take a few days to firm up, but then they are fine.

Are you sure you don't have some air in the lines? Judging by what you just typed.

If it doesn't firm up, you can find the how-to on how to adjust the brake pedal in the Helms.

So what?

I bet now a bunch of people just learned that the way this board moves and how many people look at it.

Let's not try to pick on people who actually ask reasonable questions and get them answered.

you can adjust your pedal travel by the pushrod under the dash. you may need to modify a 17mm wrench to hold the MC so you can turn the 12point 14mm lock nut that holds it in place. the wrench needs to be super thin to allow you to hold the MC and put a 14mm wrench over it to loosen the bolt. i will take pics for you tomorrow. once you have the mc side lock nut and the nut on the pedal side loose you can turn the pushrod with a pair of pliers. adjust the travel to where you need it and lock it back. its annoying but once you get it diled in its more than worth it
edit - aw $*%&#$ i got off my lazy insominatic *** and got pics

ok thats a 17mm bicycle pedal wrench. its perfect for doing this job. you need to hold the MC with it and then looses that 12point locknut with a 14mm wrench

then stick some pliers on the kurdled shaft there and turn it untill you get the travel you want
