As a newbie to Hond tech stuff ( I roadraced vw for years) . I am looking for advise on building a b20vtec for roadracing, has to be 2 liters & under no turbo or supercharged. I am starting with a CRX project car with a jdm b16a cable , no wiring or plumbing. I want to build this once , it also has to run on 92 pump gas.

my motor is a 2.0L LS bottom end and a vtec head. ive raced on couple tracks. i use 93 octane too. but it isnt 100% tuned yet. puts down a lot of power

do you have a baffeled oil pan?

 

Check with member "chad" he has raced lots with b20vtec...

 

Not yet ... just looking to see what I'll need to make it reliable, but have plenty of pull... thanks for the input
