Default High RPM missfire

Hey guys,
I am wondering if someone could help shead some light on this.
I have a LS/vtec with a B18c head. the thing runs like a dream from idle to about 6000RPM but from 6000 to 8000 there is a very slight missfire. Not bad but it is there. the ignition is stock. The air fuel mixture is good. the motor is run off a chipped p28 but i know thats not the problem I swapped it with another p28 and it did the same thing. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

check the plugs or the gaps in the plugs? might have one out of gap.. maybe the wires also that will cause a missfire.

Yep yep. 0.035 - 0.038" gap is good for street all motor.
