Second VTEC???

Second VTEC???
i was cruisin in 5th and when i hit about 5500 RPM i felt or think i felt a little bit more pull on the as if it had another VTEC or either my exhuast got louder has this ever happend to any one else and yea by they way i have a 1998 Prelude non-sh
