downpipe goes straight down, charge piping goes straight out, not criss crossing and your oil return line isn't right above or sitting on the downpipe. It's much much simpler in my opinion, the way to go

Also, it is a auto to stick conversion. which is easy as hell to do, since all the bolt holes and studs are there to mount everything to.
