Default Doing alotta swapping this weekend.... any suggestions?

First tomorrow the D16Y7 auto is coming out of my 98 LX and I'm giving that to my friend, in exchange for $650 and all the manual conversion parts from his '00 Si.

Second a newer D16Z6 is going into my 93 EX, mostly because it has less miles and has a fully functional tranny. For the last month my coupe has only had 1st, 2nd, and reverse....

Well I've done a tranny install before and that pretty much is the extent of my mechanical experience, so I can't imagine this being too difficult.

And my question...
Is there anything different about taking the automatic out of the 98 LX? I need to get the motor, tranny, ecu, engine harness, cluster, and all the shifter components. So any advice on removing all that automatic crap would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin
