Anyone painted their R a different color other than oem?
Sometimes I wish mine was red I really like the look of the red ones w/ jdm front end and charcoal wheels, or spa yellow.
there used to be someone who went to a&j who had his 97 repainted to a dark blue, still had the white wheels, and had the centers of his seats dyed red, along with the door panels... not sure what to say about that.
Last year, I had fantasies of painting my R Porsche Arena Red...of course funds didn't follow, but that is such a nice crimson red...

Here in Chicago, the owner of an import tuning shop has an R with a JDM fornt end painted Mystic. Thats right, Mystic. I myself prefer OEM colors over any.
When it comes time that my paint is dead I'm painting it Supersonic Blue Pearl. I think that's the best integra color ever
I notice your yellow is different to the yellow we get here in Australia. Yours is Phoinex yellow? ours is sunlight yellow. That's why the pics i've seen of the PY ITR's look pale.
OEM colours are black, white, red, silver, yellow and now blue in the new DC5
Honda will be ok with me as long as they keep away from GAP colour or easter egg type colour. I remember of pink hyundai that made me think of the pink stuff to settle your stomach.

you guys think it'll be weird for me to paint my fbp itr to cw? cause I originally wanted a cw itr, but I wouldn't trade my 2000 fbp for like a 97 or 98 itr. I guess I knida feel like it'll kinda take away from the originality of the car and/or authenticity of it.
I always liked the look of a metallic charcoal on a car. Don't get me wrong, I love my R the way it is, but way back in the day I wanted a 300ZX and they had this charcoal color.... I loved it.
