This mount is on the right side but it is not doing anything.

i believe that is the mount where the AC bracket goes. if so thats one of the main torqe mounts for the motor.

that would be because you're missing the mount of the engine.

a/c bracket (driver side) goes there.. lower tranny mount (passenger side).. then your bolt the mount to it.. you'll need both bottom mounts.. or your top mounts will wear out quickly, you'll have traction problems, and motor will move excessively..

I beleve the bracket should be stamped P30. Basically a Bseries A/C bracket. Or the hip and cool Aluminum Type R ones will work.
