Accel DFI gen 6 VI install questions
I searched.
I am gonna prob. pick up a gen 6 Accel DFI but all it comes with is ECU and adapter harness. (one end plugs into the Accel DFI ECU and the other end accepts OBD1 plugs; was originally on 92-95 civic with GSR Turbo.)
I want to run it in my 88-91 CRX. In the CRX I will run 92 LS turbo.
I know the OBD 0 plugs are different than OBD 1 in the CRX, BUT I have the full 92 LS wiring: from ECU to Engine.
I'm thinking I just remove the old CRX wiring and replace it with the 92 LS wiring and i'm done cause the 92 is OBD 1 and I can then just plug up the Accel DFI?
Or Should I just cut the plugs from the 92 LS harness and rewire them to the CRX wiring so I have the OBD 1 plugs?
Or I am correct on both?
which is the easier? or better?
THANKS !

tel me what box and configuration you have I may have the pinouts for the DFI so you can use any honda harness you choose. look at the back looking for numbers like 15013 / 74040A etc...
