I thought the Iceman intakes tapered in diameter toward the throttle body? That one looks like a constant section/diameter. If that's the case i'd say it's painted aluminum/steel pipe.

If the piping gets smaller at the throttle body, then it's an Iceman, if not then it might even be a homemade intake.....
