Default is this a sign of a blown HG?

Recently, have noticed that there is white/milky substance mixed in my coolant reservoir. I remember reading before that it could be the HG...could it be anything else? My EGTs read fine and car overheats occasionally in stop and go traffic. Is this the prime suspect?

Thanks!

check the underside of your oil cap for a milky substance. clean your coolant tank out and clean it, then re-install it.

if there is milky substance under the oil cap its definately blown.

check that dipstick too. You'll also hear a rushing water sound in your car. (exhaust gases entering the coolant system.) in most cases.
