and dont forget about the stronger siameese(spelling??) cylinder walls, and plus they are way thicker than the b18's. And the b20 has a spot for a knock sensor, b18b does'nt. i think thats it, except that ones a 2.0 and the other a 1.8

You forgot that the B20B or B20Z also has the higher output oilpump that is the same as the GSR and ITR. Also the intake manifold on some JDM B20's have the exact same intake manifold as the B18B. Its from the SMX in Japan.
