Suggestions on brakes plz!
Sup peeps! i wanna put some Brembo rotors and Hawk brake pads on my 93 civic coupe. What model you guys recommend "slotted, cross drilled etc" on the rotors and what model on the pads? I was thinking the hawk blues. I am a daily driver and once in a while i go to the canyon.
And anywhere they sell them for cheap? thanks peeps

go with brembo blanks. for pads be sure to take a look at carbotech's offerings. The bobcats are supposedly good pads.
While you are at it, get some ATE Superblue Racing or ATE Type 200 Gold brake fluid. They are the same fluids, just different colors. Cost about $9/liter at http://www.ogracing.com . Only takes 1 liter to flush/bleed the brakes. Always good to have 2 just in case though.

unless you're doing any hard driving I don't see why oe rottors won't do the job. If you want the upgrade though, go with slotted. Cross drilled can crack. plus, plan on eating up the brake pads$$$.
