100 shot on a strong motor...

I did it on a 92 accord ex. Didn't have a single problem out of it.

i say 75 shot, if you want to run a 100 shot, you might want to
upgrade a few things like fuel pump, ignition timing etc.

w/ the proper ignition and fuel upgrades/adjustments, I would go 125-150 shot. The F22 has the same basic internal components as the H22/H23's, and it has a lower compression ratio, so it should hold more nitrous stock than an H22/H23.

f22 has 8.8:1 compression, and lower compression is good for forced induction, im planing on going with a 75 shot on my f22

I have an f22a1 and have done ALOT of research. Simply the engine is almost identical to the h23, it may only be a SOHC but it still has 16v and just as much potentional as an h23 engine. They are the same block, but less compression due to the head design and pistons. Perfect compression for boosting safely or nitrous. A few thigns I would recommend adding that the f22a1 is missing from the h23/h22 and that is oil cooler, and knock sensor, no biggie. Camshafts are very mild, replace those first and reap the high rpm benefits from this engine's potential. It has such great potential for boosting applications with its longer gears and very flat torque curve. They can be bought for next to nothing because people dont understand a few simple things need to be changed to unlock the potential.

Quite honestly, if I could grab another prelude, I would love to grab a base for very cheap, and do a boneyard boost setup on it.

I find that way to funny...you my friend are a funny guy....28psi on what turbo?
the stock dsm motor can handel 28psi with say a 18g or 16g(but the copressor is way out of map by then)...but then 28psi on a t88 would be say 700hp

PSI is in no equivlent to horsepower or air flow...learn some more

You'll need a new clutc before too long.

also, are you just running the suggested jets? Make sure you run it a bit rich, have colder plugs and knock back timing.

Are you able to keep traction? What gears can you spray and keep traction?
