this morning one of my freinds shut his door on his 91 crx si and the radio cut out. The cd player is still playing but no sound, when we start the car there is a pop noise from the speakers. any ideas of what this could be?

Anyways, pull the 4 screws out that hold the console around the radio in, take out the 2 screws for the radio and pull it out and see if any of the wires came disconnected in the back of the radio.

Is it all stock, or is everything running from an amp or what? Little more info would be cool.
