Default vortech FMU/dsm injectors..black box??

my setup is a greddy turbo kit of a sohc vtec. My fuel system right now is vortech FMU/V-AFC/walbro 2555lph hp pump/b&m fpr

i have dsm 450cc injectors now, and im wondering when i install them do i take otu the FMU or keep it in, i was told by the shop i keep it in, because all the injectors do s releive teh system from pressure, it hought they flowed much more?
also they said teh V-AFC isnt a good tuning unit, tru?

also i have teh greddy black box that used to come with the older kits. I dont have this insatlled and i was told thats why im pinging at 5.5-6psi, cause it helps with fuel etc, basically a mini e manage. Question is if i insatll it now can i keep it in when injectors are installed or does it come out..donno the deal with it?

after instlling injectors it will be tuned for 8 psi, as i was told 8 i as high is hould go ont he v-afc

First of all, you want to go to a new shop.

You NEED to remove the FMU. You will tune just with the SAFC, you probably don't want the black box either.

Search, this has been covered a lot.
