With the nitrous? hmmm, maybe a little car diet could help if that's your thing. How was your tire pressure? what tires? I ran a 14.82 in my DA (stripped) with a stock B16 and ls header and azenis. good time for the motor, just a little weak with nitrous.

by 50 dry, do you mean it was 50 degreese out and it was dry? or are you runnin a 50 shot? If your not spraying, you have a really good time. If your spraying...um learn how to launch better i guess. What gears did you spray in?

If you want to go fast, you're going to have to say "bye-bye" to the leather. If you want to go real light pull out all the panels, all the carpet, and all the insulation from the inside of the car. But if you want some sort of comfort away from the track just pull the seats. Every little bit helps

reaction time will not effect 1/4 mile time. you can sit at the starting line for 10 minutes, and still run a 14.5

Did you say you sprayed off the line? If so, wait til 2nd. Get rid of power steering and a/c if you have it.

spraying in first is not only really bad for your engine, but it also just makes you spin even worse. If you sprayed in first, i would say that you also spun through all of second also. Dont spray till you have traction purdy much. That should lower your times considerably

^^^ dont even think about starting the spray until the end of second or 3rd it would be a waste i bet you would help your time a LOT!

in the few times that I ran my better times had a better reaction, and my best times had my best reaction time, just a coincidence then?

well I'm running 13.83 with a b16 in my hatch, bone stock not even a bolt on... so to me a 14.5 with a 50 shot is a really bad time.... IMO

edit: here's something to shoot for with your b16
