Default skunk 2 & H&R spring rates

Anyone know the spring rates for the skunk 2 coilover kits for civics in lbs? Anyone know the spring rates for H&R sports? Also how do you read the numbers on the springs on the skunk 2's?

i teach ppl how to read the GC springs in my FAQ. skunk2 should be similar. I think skunk2 kit is 450/336.

heres a link for various spring rates for integras. i would assume crx's arent far off and i would not be surprised if the rates were exactly the same for crx as integra.

oh and, just buy GC.... you get a lot more in terms of design, quality and value.

I must speak out for skunk. Skunk2's are on my 91 EF. I'm HIGHLY satisfied by them. Please note, I cannot testify for the GC's. I have a friend with a 91 and I'll advise those to him simply so that I can compare/contrast. But I am satisfied with the rates and roll thus far with my skunks...
