Default im dumb to car audio

all i know is i got a setup for my gf's car and it sounds good..
its a Audiobahn A3200E 840 Watt Amp..
2-Channel Class A/B Mosffet Power Amplifier
300 watts x 2 @ 4 ohms stereo
420 watts x 2 @ 2 ohms stereo
840 watts x 1 @ 4 ohms mono
and a box with 2 audio bahn single voice coil 800 watt subs.

well im trying to make a setup that sounds good for my car and im wondering if the amp brand makes a big diff.. i know audiobahn is a good brand and the amp has alot of adjustments that i dont know if the cheaper ones do. so if not it prob wont sound as good..
but heres my question.. what is better amp for the $ and would run the 2 12 inch kicker dual coil subs i have.
this audiobahn

or this

also this eq says PRE amp

but also says 300 watt output?.. so can i use this as a mild amp for component speakers?. and if not what does 300watt mean if its not an amp.

i would stay away from all of that stuff, except maybe the audiobahn. the rest of that stuff is budget crap, not what you are looking for i am sure. All parts of a stereo are very important when looking for overall performance. In order of importance i would place it as Head UNit, Amp, Speakers, then RCA's and speaker wire. but if you skimp on any peice you can lose a big part of the audio experience. I would probably say that getting a good amplifier is paramount in attaining great sound quality. I would look into kicker's line of amps, they make some really sweet stuff, and you might as well stick with the subs. Also, that EQ seems really shitty, and i think might be a small amp as well, i would definently stay away from that.
