Default NEED HELP w/ spark problem asap!

Ok guys...ive tried everything i know... My car isnt getting any spark... it has new coil(tried external and internal), new ignitor, tired new distributor internals and new ECU but still dont have spark. I know my ECU isnt bad b/c i used on my friends h22eg and his car started right up w/ no problems...Does anybody know what the problem could be? The car wants to start and it turns over..just no spark...PLEASE!

Damn, you replaced all that crap already. You gotta get back to the basics before you spend a butt load on parts that won't fix the problem. Do you have a wiring diagram? I Highly recommend you get one. Anyway, take your voltmeter and check that you have voltage at the correct terminals of the ignitor and the positive of the coil. Ohm out the pickup coils. check for a good ground at the ignitor ground terminal. check to see that there is intermittant voltage at the coil's primary negitive terminal, a test light is good for this. Just narrow it down by determining what is good.

What else should i look for and where can i get a wiring diagram?

did you just put the motor in? Check the grounds on the engine harness.

Now I could have swore that 2 weeks ago when you first had this issue, I asked if you had checked ECU fuse, and you replied yes.

Oh well, see if I try to help you anymore(LOL )

Oh well, you win some you lose some. Sorry I didn't suggest it earlier, would've saved you a lot of time. I don't know why I thought I had asked you before. I went over all of the posts on this matter and you're right, I didn't suggest it.

Sorry

But I've very glad you got it running again

Let me know if I can ever help you with anything else though...
