pulley kit questions?
im planning to buy set of pulley kit but my question is are all pulley kit the same?
cause i ask around at local performance shops and they said pretty much alot of the pulley kits are the same and work the same. so i shouldnt spend to much money on brand name and just get ones that ok. well if any knows or have any info or opinion please post up. i know theres alot of brands out there but whats the differences. some of my friend said they use the aem tru power pulley kit but then they wish that they would just bought other regular kits cause pretty much its the same for less. what do you guys think?
one of my friend just told me to pick up a set of obx power pulley kit and save my money for other stuff. well im kinda undecided right now so any info would help.

pulley kits are basically the same but there can be some small differances.companies may choose to supply a pully for certain accessories while another may not include a certain pulley (altornater, power steering etc.)you may not need a certain pulley in a kit (power steering- if you dont have power steering you dont need the pulley but youre paying for it). there can be a difference in how much each company chooses to underdrive certain accessories, one may do 15% and another may be 20%.some companies supply the belt that goes with your setup while with others they might just give you a part number for a belt that should work, some just leave it to you to figure it out.i would do some research on the companies youre interested in and decide what works best for you.
