I have this darn rattle at 3.5 k RPMs in each gear. I've complained about it many times here. Does anybody have any solutions to suggest? I'm hoping its just something I can tighten, but i bet it isn't. Please give me some suggestions!!

where is it coming from..Its going to be hard for any of us to help, without being able to hear it.

 

hmm a 94 eh. Look at your heatshields on your exhaust manifold. if not th at it could be the pipes inside your exhaust manifold, and you would have to buy a new one.

 

Probly your A-pipe but might be your heatshield on your cat.. if its the heatshield take it off if its the A-pipe get a new header or get it fixed at the muffler shop..

 

most likely the header. i had the same problem with mine. 3500 rpms it would rattle nasty. the dealer replaced mine because it was still under warranty.

 

MINE DID THE SAME THING I REPLACE THE THE OEM MANIFOLD WITH DC SPORT 4-1HEADERS, THE NOISE IS NO MORE.. IT WAS A BUZZING NOISE FROM HELL,

GOOD LUCK... PUT YOUR RIDE ON A LIFT AND REV THAT BABY UP... CHECK T HEAT SHIELD....

 

The noise comes from your heat shield around your cat. I had the noise at 3400rpm, and removed the shield, and no more noise.

 

Did you do a search?

Its your apipe or heat shield. Youve got many options for a fix.

 

Mine too. I'm saving up for a new header, cat and b-pipe. If that don't fix it, aint nothin' gonna, boy.
