Default Broken Suspension Component?

Ok well just to start off... my car is a piece but anyway im drivin down the raod and hit a small shallow pothole(maybe 1 to 1 1/2 inches deep)...and it sounds like a chunk of concrete is slung up into my fender well and is bouncing around..then it goes away. So when i stop at a red light to make a turn then shift into gear (as the car's weight shifts from front to back then to front again) i hear a kinda of knock coming from the front right suspension/wheel area. This happens everytime i shift now. I dont have a floor jack and there for havent gotten into it to look, but there was no aparent loose parts. Does anyone have an idea of what might be the problem? I think it may be the tie rod because when it pops it kinda jerks the steering wheel like a sudden torque steer. Anyone care to take a shot?

brake hard on a clear parking lot, if the wheel started to rub the plastic fender well, the tie rod is toasted.

or you can visually inspected it.

but i would check the shock first, without a properly working shocks you will be bouncing all over the place with nothing controlling the spring "rebound cycle"

you can also check it on a clear parking lot, go over a bump(small to middle size only please) about 15-25 mph, your honda with a working shock should handle the bump without tons of jerking and bouncing

Ok the whole right front axel and all the suspension pieces with it are bent back about 2 inches alredy...it looks like the guy before me hit a curb goin pretty fast. I know this has alot to do with it. The wheel bearing has alredy been replaced so i know thats not it...or at least i hope its not cuz it only has maybe 2k miles on it. Anyone else have any idea what might be wrong?
