Default Kinda OT: Dyno results. 00 GS-R, JDM ITR 4-1, AEM CAI.... more.

Here's some pulls I did with my GS-R tonight..
the baseline numbers (152hp and 112lbs tq) were with: AEM CAI and 18 degrees timing.

New numbers with:
AEM CAI
18 degrees timing
JDM ITR 4-1
Carsound Cat (94006)

Everything else is bone stock.

"Base" vs JDM ITR 4-1 and Carsound Cat with Power Steering Hooked Up: (link to full BMP)

"Base" vs JDM ITR 4-1 and Carsound Cat WITHOUT power steering hooked up: (link to full BMP)

Current setup, once with power steering, then without: (link to full BMP)

That's right on par with an average ITR.

an average STOCK ITR tho but still, very few bolt ons. no vafc, no cam gears, stock tiny *** gs-r b-pipe.. I'm happy with the #'s.

That's pretty good results. Since you only have the intake, headers, and free flow cat listed, does that mean you are running the stock exhaust still? And are you gonna get an exhaust and dyno again?

Dave~ Really good stuff; thanks for posting this. I'd be happy with these #s too. Now I really need to get to a dyno to see if my new exhaust gives me anything beyond what you're currently producing (assuming of course that our two cars are essentially similar at baseline). Nice work

Nice numbers... what year GSR is it, and how many miles are on it.

Digital R: 2000 GS-R about 35,000 miles.

Skafia: I got the header from Trey (Carlex) at Import-Specialists.com (link is in sig) and the cat was from Mike @ IPSRacing. Email them for pricing, mine was throguh a groupbuy so I don't know what the normal pricing is.

Fast: Need a catback setup bad. hehe
