The Prelude SiR is a plain old prelude. THe SiR S-Spec is the one with a standard LSD.
I don't know the tranny code, but the T2T4 from the Accord SiR-T (F20B) has the same tranny.
But regardless the SiR LSD tranny would be super rare and way too expensive for what you get. A 4th gen M2B4 LSD tranny is just what you need and it will be better priced, and has some shorter gears for better acceleration anyway.
