How many wires on this are on correct pins from the DX to the SiR. I know there will be extra wires to run for the Vtec knock sensor ETC. When I converted my DX engine harness for MPFI on my ZC I pulled today I bypassed those connectors so they are unmollested. My SiR engine Harness is complete and unmolested. The plugs are compatible, but clearly the drivers side one has a few extra wires, the passenger side on both are full. Anyone see diagrams comparing these connectors. as far as signals go. Obviosly this is a B16A1 engine.

 

The wiring is very different it's much easier to use your old MPFI harness that you have and add the B16A wires that you will need.

 

Well I damaged the old harness pulling the old motor. Repinning the connector would be very easy for me. Easier than repairing the harness I had. if I knew color codes and signals on the connectors I could do that easily, like in 30 minutes.

connector is the same its easy to pop and move pins.

 

Got to be someone who can answer this. Re pinning two connectors is far easier then unscrewwing a damaged harness.
