It's definitely a kit car, the sides of the Diablo look nothing like on that car.
I've seen a Diablo kit that looked pretty much just like the real thing on the outside, but the engine was a 350 Chevy small block, it looked reaaaaaalllly small inside that engine bay where a V12 should have been. It sounded ghey too (nothing like a Lamborghini would sound like).
