Default need help from you prelude gurus .......Head stamp & what they mean....

ok I recently swapped in a h22a into my 93 hatch and I'm in the begining stages of my projekt. I want to know as much as possible about my motor. I've been searching all over to find info on the jdm h22a head stamps and what they mean, but all I find is info for the D&B series, and is my block open or closed deck.....here is a pic of my head stamp. What do the letters/numbers mean. I clearly see the 92 year.....any info or links will help...........thanks

All BB1 h22a JDM Preludes are closed deck then all the BB4s are open deck.

Go to we-todd-did-racing.com and open an account then upload the pictures. After that copy and paste the link address into this thread and then click the little yellowy picture button. So we can see it.

Don't focus on head stamp as it will no say much as the block stamp will. If you have a H22A4, it's Open Deck. If it's a H22A1- Closed Deck. If you have a H22A, it's a JDM, and there is a big chance that it's a Closed Deck.

If you remove the .orig.jpg from the Image Station Url you can view the pic.
