my girl got a new head unit and i took out her OEM unit out of her 00 LS am/fm/cd and i was wondering how can i crack it (because it has the anti-theft system on it, it just says error and wont play any cd's,) i put it in my 93 dx and i just wanted to know if theres any way i can make it work? thanks

Sine you have the radio out. Call the Acura dealer and ask for the code. They will ask for the serial numbers off the radio. They usually will do it over the phone, if not then you have to go in person.

 

If its from your girls car. Get the radio code card from the glove box. Or check under teh fuse panel in the engine bay there is a sticker with 5 numbers on it. Or take the car to the dealer and they will give it to you.
