Default D16Z6 or D16Y8 swap

I have a chance to buy a Y8 that was mated with an 5 speed transmission 77,000km or a D16Z6 that was mated with a 5 speed manual transmission 135,000km As for price the Y8 is $900.00 no transmission, no distributor, no ECU. The D16Z6 the same, no transmission, no distributor, no ECU. I'm looking at installing the motor in a 1991 CRX DX with a 5speed transmission. The DX is still a DPFI system, so I am really starting from scratch here. I would like some feedback on what would be the better option.

What about the intake manifold. For the CRX should I run the Si, Z6 or Y8 manifold and should I wire the car for OBD0 or OBD1
