I hear that simply swapping the ecu to obd1 makes things soo much easier on turbo application. True? I have the obd0 pr3 ecu on my pr3 b16. If I get the conversion harness, it should work fine right? does the obd1 ecu use only one o2 sensor? Any and all info you can give will be greatly appreciated

Yes, OBD1 uses 1 O2 sensor. However, it uses a 4 wire O2. Would probably be easiest and most cost effective to use P28 due to being so common.

Also, you'll need to determine how much boost you want to run for proper MAP sensor selection and if you want to run engine management system such as Hondata to control it.

Hope this helps

yes, you need the o2 and a obd1 dizzy, the obd0 has different pulse rate and wont work good with obd1/2

What car would I order them for? OR What would I search for on ebay (hehe)?
Any idea how much they would run me?

Thanks for the info...is there anything else I need to know?

The reason I want to upgrade to the p28 is because my PR3 is not throwing any codes at me at all, but for some reason, the engine hesitates and is hard to keep a steady speed sometimes. It isnt all the time, just every once in a while. Im still tryin to figure out what is wrong. I heard that swapping pins c6 and c18 will fix the problem. I think that is only if both o2 sensors are connected though. I dont know if both are, but like i said...No CEL. Any help guys?

You would get an OBD1 dizzy for the equivalent of whichever engine you have now or whivhever engine you will be swapping in.
Example B16 get a dizzy from a 92-93 GS-R (OBD1 B17). Or Del sol VTEC.(OBD1 B16)
