Spoon Sports Sucks and Will Rip You Off! *3 PIX*
..::EDIT--I ADDED MORE PICS ON PAGE 2::..
..::EDIT--SMALL VIDEO ADDED ON PAGE 2::..
I bought one of their N1 axle-back mufflers, and it doesn't muffle at all!
Just kidding.
Anyway, I spent 30 minutes installing it at my parents' house and must say that it's damn nice.
Awesome quality, excellent fitment, and perfect tone.
There is a slight drone, but it's very bearable. Spoon also sent me the stick-in silencer, and it doesn't lower the volume so much as deepen the tone. It turns the tone from high-pitched to slightly bassy. But with or without the silencer, it's pretty loud for just an axle-back. I love how the tip is almost stock-sized. Here are some pics. Only one pic came out okay of it installed on my car. The others sucked.
I'll post up better ones when it's not raining outside.

Just an intake and header and a bunch of suspension stuff. It used to be turbocharged, but that is long gone.
The whole rundown is on my webpage ... link is in my signature.

LOL, I know man! I was waiting for that **** for days.
Civiclx -- Sorry, the lip is mine.
I actually have another one as a spare laying in my room, too.
I've been debating whether or not to sell it, though. Someone on here said Honda stopped making them a few months ago.

nice exhaust btw. the spoon n1 has got to be the best sounding axel back exhaust out for hondas. it sounds much better than a lot of jdm and usdm cat backs. im curious what the weight difference is between the stock and spoon axel back... got a scale?

Thx for all the feedback.
Hmm, I didn't even think to weigh the two for comparison. Spoon claims its 1/3 the weight of the OEM one, but I don't know about that. It's a lot lighter, but I don't know about 1/3 of the weight lighter.
I can try to post a soundclip, but the only way I can do it is with my parents' digi cam in video mode. I don't know how well it would come out.
The microphone on it isn't that great.
I'm going to try and snap better pics later today, and I'll also make a vid clip and see how it turns out.

Maybe you got confused by the wording, if stock is 15 lbs, "1/3 lighter" would be 10 lbs, but "1/3 the weight" would be 5 lbs. Maybe it was advertised as "1/3 lighter than stock" which sounds resonable.

Yeah, maybe that's it. I'm not so good with the numbers and arithmetic and stuff.
EDIT--Inline Four's webpage says the Spoon N1 is 3.6 kg, which is around 7.94 pounds.
