i want to buy amber bulbs, but not sure what kind, since mines came with clear bulbs. i heard u can just reuse the amber bulbs from the usdm front.
something i can pick up at a local kragen.

Dennis, sometimes I don't understand how you know all these things...you still have the USDM front end yet you know all the JDM part #'s. That's awesome.

 

Depending on if you're using the JDM socket or the USDM socket, you'll want to see if you want single filament or dual filament. The JDM socket does not allow the bulb to turn on when your parking lights are on. They only work when you're using the blinker. The USDM on the other hand will allow you to have them on while your parking lights are turned on, and also blink when you're using your turn signal.

USDM = Dual Filament
JDM = Single Filament

Ed is right. I bought the normal 1156 bulb for my JDM socket, it doesn't fit. I had to dremel off one of those metal stubs
