4g prelude i/h/e combo
I have a stock 95 Si with the h23a1 motor in it and I want to get the
best i/h/e combination. These are the only upgrades that I'm going
to do with my motor because I just want decent power out of my
h23 and it is my daily driver.
I was thinking: AEM/DC STAINLESS/GREDDY SP
What do you guys think? What are your setups?
I've searched hard on the archived forums
but did not really give any definite answer to my question. Please
help me.

There was an article someone posted about a magazine testing bolt-ons on the H23. I can't remember exactly what mods they had but I know they had the header, intake, exhaust. I think they also had a high flow cat and maybe one other item and they were able to get out a little over 20hp to the wheels. I think it dynoed a little over 160whp.
Don't quote me on this. I tried to find the thread but I was not successful.
If you want a new ceramic DC header let me know. I have one for sale.

Would you be interested in trading that header for a h22 ceramic DC header?
^^thats the exact set up i have...not much choice in headers for H23, so i went with DC stainless...for the Greddy SP, you'll have to get one for the VTEC and modify the flange bolts (expand them) to fit your cat...

dang i searched for an hour and did not find anything. 160 is a good gain for the h23. now im curious what they used.

Hey guys, I searched and I cannot find the article. I am almost positive that the thread I read was here...but I can't find it. I shouldn't be making claims without proof so disregard my post. Since I can't back it up...disregard my post.
Sorry for getting your hopes up.
