weird lines by transmission ground cables. what is it?

i was working on my car the other day and i noticed that by the transmission ground cable i have two lines running out around the same place. the lines appeared to be clamped off like a power steering pump line would be to prevent leaking while traveling after being removed from a donor car. i have no clue as to what these are and if i even need them? if i don't can i just remove them fully or what process should i take with them? or if there is a certain name to these i could use a search, i just don't know the names of them. thanks.

Do they go to the bottom of the Radiator. If so its the Auto Transmission cooler lines. The donor car's radiator is for an automatic and they just crimpped off the lines.
well they are cut and just sitting there. does only the autos have them or did it pretty much come standard whether you had an auto or a manual. should i just leave them there?

Are the lines are coming off of the speedometer sending unit like this?

If so,the engine is from the Integra XSI which had "speed-assisted power steering"
That is actually a small pump which assisted power steering pressure as the vehicle speed increased..
I looped a hose between the two and filled it with power steering fluid to keep it lubricated..
