Default FAL -- plastic glass

I have no experience with FAL. Im going to get a CF trunk by the summer. f1nal zeros already got one but im thinking of going with the FAL hatch window. Its only $203 http://store.clubrsx.com/merch...OLWHW
so basically what are the pros and sone of it. I know it light weight but what else?

edit it also says" This is a precut rear window. It needs to be heat molded for proper fit. " what does that mean

It's obviously a weight reduction piece. That's it's only and main purpose. Supposedly, the FAL window replacements will not scratch as easily as lexan.

IIRC, FAL window replacements are still a tad bit heavier than your standard lexan replacement, but are more streetable.

Also worth considering is if the FAL rear window replacement has defroster.
