No, the stock 99 GSR engine harness will clip right into your EG body harness (at the shock tower). You will have to add the additional wires for the sensors that the B18c1 has and your EG does not (knock, IABs, *the maybes, it matters what trim you have* Four-wire 02, Vtec.)
