cam or header

Default cam or header

Just got my hatch back from the shop now i want to do something to the engine im trying to deside on a cam or a header what do yall think. oh and what ecu should i go with i have the stock si ecu but heard that an 89 integra ecu would be better is this true.its stock d16

What engine are you running? It matters.

chip the PM6, thats what i did, and then do a cam, im waiting for my exospeed cam right now. cant wait!

Correct me if i'm wrong but i thought a cam is something you get AFTER you get the basic bolt ons so you can truly maximize the cams true potential. I know that if you just get the cam with nothing else, you will most likely lose HP cause your airflow is still stock.

header for sure, stock mani is super resrictive. I got a Stainless Steel OBX 4-2-1 header on ebay for $120 shipped, IDK how it compares to other headers for performance, but it fit perfect and had big butt dyno and G-TECH gains.

do the heder first i put a cam in my d16 before doing the intake and exhaust and it ran like crap until i did my intake and a full exhaust
